1. What data we collect and why
Server log files
When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits technical information to our web server. This includes the URL requested, your browser type, and the referring URL, along with the IP address used for the connection and the date and time of access. These logs are stored temporarily on our web server, only for as long as needed to analyse and ensure the technical operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31 nDSG).
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, only the data you enter — together with the date and time — is collected. This data is stored directly on our server and is never forwarded to third parties. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR / Art. 31 nDSG). Contact enquiries are retained only for as long as necessary for business correspondence purposes and are then deleted.
2. What we do not collect
- No cookies — this website sets no cookies of any kind, including analytics, marketing, or preference cookies.
- No tracking — no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
- No third-party services — all fonts, scripts, and stylesheets are served from our own server. No requests are made to any external service when you browse this site.
- No advertising — no ad networks, no retargeting.
3. Data storage and security
All data is stored and processed on our own servers located in Switzerland and the European Union. We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland, except where you explicitly request communication via such a third-party service (e.g. where your own email provider is located outside these regions).
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR (if you are in the EU/EEA) and the Swiss nDSG, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction of processing
